These fine Ivory finished dials feature corner details, Arabic numerals and a rotating calander in the center. Dials are fitted directly to the movement with mounting plates and pins, and are slotted at the three o'clock position for the chime silencing/selection levers. This dial also has a freted center area with a second hand freted ring.

The lunar disc, driven by a cog on the handshaft, shows the lunar month and takes 29-1/2 days to complete a half revolution (the time it takes the moon to rise from behind one hemisphere and disappear behind the other).
